How can I apply for a job?
Click on www.debaras.cz and create an account and your profile, adding yours skills and availability.
What would my schedule be like?
You can work with us as much as you like, we are happy for you to manage your own time spent at work and on other activities.
When do I get my salary?
Thursday is payday so you can enjoy your weekend more :-). You are paid directly into your bank account. If you don’t have a bank account, please get us know and we will find a solution.
What about the tax?
If you are registered as self-employed, then we do not tax you. Please inform us if you are. Alternatively, if you provide us with your tax registration number, we can take the hassle out of tax submissions for you.

Can I use the app externally to book shifts for my own employees?
Yes, you can use the app to organise your in-house staff shifts. At the click of a button you can request additional staff from us, which we will immediately assign.
Is there an emergency number that I can call during the event?
Yes there is always a senior staff member assigned to every event who you can contact during your event in the case of any emergency.
How do I pay for the service?
You book as many employees as you need for your event and pay for the service they have provided. We cover the salary costs so you don’t have any additional charges. After you use our services we will issue you with an invoice.
How do I set it up?
It’s very simple, really. You set up your company profile and add shifts and details. Our intuitive app automatically matches our available team embers with the right skills to your event.
Can I request a specific staff member who has worked for me in the past?
Off course you can. Many of our clients decide to offer some of our team members permanent roles and we have a system of facilitating this.
